Back in February, I posted that I had won free schwag from John Chow as part of his MyBlogLog contest.

Received the Goods
It’s been a little over a week but I have received the goods from John Chow, although I have yet to actually use the Lego flash drive as it is hanging out on my desk as my unofficial mascot of blogging. As a bonus, John tossed in one of the pens he received from 1234Pens.com and I loved the extra schwag.

John, it took me almost as long to write this post about receiving my prize as it did for you to ship it out! ;) For anyone that is lucky enough to win one of John Chow’s various contests, you can be sure that you will receive your prize and maybe you will also get the surprise of a little something extra when it arrives.

Jez, I won a contest at John’s site where the prize was a 1GB Kingston flash drive that is in the shape of a little Lego block/figure. It is really pretty cool.

Check out the picture to get a better idea.

Thanks. Out of all the people following John’s site, I had the luck of the draw on that contest. The funny thing was that I had commented before the contest that if I won, my kids would try to steal the drive and use it with their Legos.
