Now that I am back as an employee, I'll get a raise but unfortunately I would rather still be earning the rates that I had as a contractor. Hopefully your company comes around and rewards you for the hard work you have provided to them. Well technically I've asked a couple times and they say no. I've worked with them for 3yrs and nothing!
