Re: the grammar/spelling, I was aware that English is not John's natural language and I wouldn't hold it against him even if it were, but it is just something that I notice. FWIW, I also see numerous grammar/spelling mistakes on the other sites I visit regularly (ShoeMoney being one, he actually has a funny comment about that in a recent post). dk, thanks for the comment.
